Exmoor straddles Somerset and Devon.
This important National Park, secluded and remote from cities and motorways, takes in ancient woodland valleys, high moorland tors and glorious Atlantic coastline.

The ancient Tarr Steps provide a welcome and refreshing coolness to the end of a hot summer's day on Exmoor, even if you don't need their use to transport your pack horse across the water.
